Phil Hofer
Phil grew up in north-central New Jersey, where he was introduced to sailing on Long Island Sound, New York Harbor, and small lakes throughout New Jersey. A passion for skiing brought him to Colorado and Colorado State University, where “one season” in Summit County turned into more than 30 years with Keystone Ski Patrol and a long career in marina management, including earning his Certified Marina Manager accreditation.
Over the years, Phil’s love for boating and sailing has taken him from Lake Dillon to destinations across the U.S., Caribbean, and South Pacific. Phil enjoys creating a relaxed, memorable experience for guests — whether that means answering questions, sharing stories, or simply helping you enjoy the views and time on the water.
